Shipping policy
Where we ship We ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. If your delivery address is not available at checkout, contact sales@graphenest.com.
Order acceptance and compliance screening: Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing. Before any order is dispatched we carry out a compliance check on the buyer, the destination and the intended use of the material. Where required, we will ask you to confirm the end use of the product before we ship. We may decline or cancel an order at any point in this process, and we will refund it in full if we do.
Dispatch and delivery: Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of the order being accepted and payment received. Expected delivery is 5 to 8 working days from acceptance. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Dispatch may take longer where a batch has to be produced or released for your order, and we will tell you if that is the case.
Carrier Shipments are sent by MRW, FedEx or DHL, with tracking. We choose the carrier according to the destination and the shipment. You receive the tracking reference by email when the order is dispatched.
Shipping costs: Shipping is charged at checkout and depends on the destination:
- Portugal: EUR 5.99
- Rest of the European Union and the United Kingdom: EUR 25
- United States and Canada: EUR 50
Transport classification: Our products are not classified as dangerous goods for transport. The Safety Data Sheet for each product sets out the applicable transport information.
Documentation supplied with every order: Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis for the batch supplied. The Safety Data Sheet for the product is sent to you by email with your order confirmation and is also available on request at sales@graphenest.com. Please read the Safety Data Sheet before handling the product.
Terms of delivery, customs and duties: Deliveries are made DAP (Delivered at Place, Incoterms 2020). For destinations outside the European Union, the prices shown exclude import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges. These are payable by the customer to the carrier or the authorities on arrival and are not included in the shipping cost.
Damage, loss and short delivery: Please inspect your shipment on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery record. Report any damage, loss or discrepancy to sales@graphenest.com within 15 days of delivery, with photographs where possible, so that we can pursue it with the carrier.
Returns: Chemical products cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, for safety reasons. Our return and refund policy sets out what can be returned and how.
